–  Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance
– 10+ years of relevant experience (Preferably in food or retails industry).
– Strong expertise in management accounting and analysis.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Proven leadership in managing teams.
– Experience in risk management and growth strategy.
